Perimeter = chord AC + arcBC + AB
Angle AOC = 1/3 π and is an equilateral triangle
chord AC = 2
arc BC = rΘ
arc BC = 2 ( 2/3 π) = 4π/3
AB = 4
Perimeter = 2 + 4π/3 + 4
Perimeter = 6 + 4π/3
