I'd go with "Gold Dust", "Gold Standard" or "Celestial Shimmer." Anything with an orange or yellowish hue will be a contrasting color to turquoise and will make the blue/green of your eyes stand out more.

are cute try going with oranges or browns. note: not much goes with torqouise eyes. so if all else fails get a sparkly white eyeliner pencil and line corners of eyes! ( i have tryed it and it works with every eye color and shape)
