I need to find all templates in English online so I can copy them to my c: drive and use them in English.

Just visit microsoft.com and choose the templates what you want otherwise change the language of the office applications which u can find on the Programs%26gt;Microsoft Office%26gt;Microsoft Office Tools%26gt;Microsoft Office 2003 Language Settings....
