How to Upload to Webhosting Site?

Okay, I'll try and explain this w/o confusing myself or others. I bought a template, edited it in Flash CS3 and saved to my desktop, but when I try and upload it into my webhosting site (GoDaddy) it only allows me to browse the various drives...not my desktop. So, I try to save under drives (C %26amp; E) and when I save/transfer/copy the desktop version into the C drive it will not open. It says I need javascript. But the file on my desktop opens perfectly. To see what I mean you can visit my site (www.nicoleberryevents.com) when you visit it it's totally blank. But when I open the original file from my desktop it's perfect. Can someone help please?

Contact Go Daddy and get your FTP settings. Then download FileZilla here:

Once you have set up your Go Daddy server info on Filezilla, it'll be as easy as click and drag. I used to have many of the same issues. Filezilla solved them. If you require my help let me know.
