Please Help Me??!! Physics Question!!?

An aluminum bolt has a mass of 34.9 g. It is heated then placed into 830 g of water in a copper calorimeter cup with a mass of 199 g. The initial temp of the water and the copper cup is 13 deg C. The bolt, water, and cup arrive at an equilibrium temp of 17 deg C. What was the temp of the bolt before it was placed in the water?

Can anyone give me some help on this? Maybe a general template that I can use to solve similar problems like this one?

Heat lost = heat gained

msdeltaT = msdeltaT

34.9Xspecific heat of AluminumX(T - 17) =

830Xspecific heat of waterX(4deg) +199Xspecific heat of copperX(4)

Look up specific heats, multiply out and solve for T
